Shoe Project in Clay

Students were able to learn online via Zoom and my instruction how to make replicas of their favorite shoe. Teaching in COVID-19 period posed challenges, but students were able to access joy, creativity, and clay from their own home studios. We scheduled drop-off dates for firing and met regularly online to create community in a time of social void.
